Mizuno is a leading marketer of softball equipment, including Mizuno Crush softball bats. Several softball models are available. A popular model is the Mizuno Crush bat, also known as Orange Crush softball bat. Price is about $200.

The Mizuno Wrath Extended model features active flex technology for increased flex and improved feel. Other features include a 14 inch barrel, a thin 13/16" handle and a cushioned grip. It is approved for ASA play. Price is about $255.

The Frenzy fastspitch softball models have been designed with Mizuno's new Black Onyx Carbon for improved durability and feel. They feature anti shock construction and a balanced swing weight. The cushioned grip helps provide a comfortable swing. Price is about $160-250.

The Frenzy Elite slow pitch bats cost about $350. They are made with Black Array Carbon and feature a one piece design. The 12.5 inch end loaded barrel increases the sweet spot.

When choosing a softball bat, check out your league bat requirements. The standard bat diameter for softball is 2 1/2 inches. 12 year old and younger players generally use a 2 1/4 inch barrel.
